SBU counterintelligence officers detained an enemy informant while attempting to transfer classified information to the Russians.
In the Dnepropetrovsk region, the Security Service exposed an informant of the Russian special services who collects intelligence. This was reported on March 13 by the SBU press service.
It was noted that the defendant, on his own initiative, published in the public pro-Russian photo and video materials of the locations of the Defense Forces in the region. Russian special services reached him through the administrators of pro-Kremlin Internet resources he controlled. They offered cooperation to the attacker for money, which was then sent to his bank card.
On instructions from the special services of the Russian Federation, the man went out to the area and secretly photographed the movement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the region. First of all, the Russians are interested in information about the possible movement of convoys with foreign-made military equipment to prepare and conduct targeted missile strikes against Ukrainian targets.

It was noted that the attacker was a resident of the Sinelnikovsky district, who publicly supported the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine on social networks.
