Active hostilities in Ukraine continue in a number of areas.
The enemy set out to achieve certain goals and does not take into account significant losses. The Russian army concentrated its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky, Maryinsky and Miners directions. This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for March 12.
It is noted that in the Kupyansky and Limansky directions, the enemy is making attempts to break through the defense of the Defense Forces and conducted useless offensive operations in the direction of Dvuhletnaya, Dibrova and Serebryansky forestry.
Heavy fighting is still going on in the Bakhmut direction, the invaders do not stop trying to capture the city. The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Minkovka and Orekhovo-Vasilovka.
The Russians tried to advance, but unsuccessfully in the Avdeevsky, Maryinsky and Shakhtersky directions – in the areas of the settlements of Krasnogorovka, Kamenka, Severnoye, Nevelskoye, Maryinka, Pobeda and Vugledar of the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is forced to defend.
Planes and helicopters of the Air Force struck the Russian anti-aircraft missile system, as well as six strikes on the areas of concentration of its personnel and military equipment.
Recall that on March 11, the Russian invaders concentrated their main efforts on conducting offensive operations in five directions – Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky, Maryinsky and Shakhtyorsky. In these areas, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled a total of 92 enemy attacks.
