As a result of the enemy’s artillery attack, the networks were destroyed in the frontline areas of Kharkov and Kherson regions.
In Ukraine, restoration of the energy system continues after 15 massive Russian missile attacks and 18 drone attacks. Electricity consumption increased, which is typical for a working day, Ukrenergo reported on Monday, March 13.
It is now indicated that in the regions of Zhytomyr and Kharkiv, work continues to eliminate the consequences of the rocket attacks on March 9. And in the Nikolaev region, the recovery of all consumers who were left without supplies of electricity as a result of the battles have been completed.
At the same time, due to equipment overload, emergency shutdowns are operating in some areas of Kyiv and the Kiev region. In Zhytomyr and Kharkiv regions, with an increase in consumption during peak hours, it is possible to use hourly outage schedules.
In addition, as a result of enemy artillery, networks in the frontline areas of Kharkov and Kherson regions were damaged. Where safety permits, repairs continue. Also, the recovery of consumers, who lost strength due to weather conditions (gusty wind) in the regions of Zhytomyr and Sumy, continues.
In other regions, energy consumption restrictions are not applied, there are no limits. The amount of electricity produced in the system is sufficient to meet the needs of all consumers.
It will be remembered that on the night of March 9, Russia launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. As a result of the attack, power facilities were damaged in eight regions. In some regions there were blackouts, there were problems with water supply and heating.
