Anti-Putin Banksy’s work published in the form of stamps in Ukraine

Banksy’s work offers new life. A year after the start of the Russian invasion, the Ukrainian Post Office created stamps decorated with the colors of one of the British graffiti artist’s murals. A ruined wall in the town of Borodyanka, northwest of Kiev, depicts a young judoka defeating an adult man, an allegory of Ukraine defeating Russia. A message has been added to the left side of the new stamp that can be translated as “Fuck you Putin” .

As soon as they left, several dozen residents of the capital went to buy these new stamps at the main post office on the famous Maidan Square in the center of the city, the AFP journalist noted.
