So-called territorial defense fighters from the Belgorod region of Russia refused to follow orders and said they were taken to the self-proclaimed DPR in Ukraine without training, after which they were immediately sent to the front line.
This is confirmed by the telegram channel “Caution, news”, published a video on the evening of March 6. The editorial video was handed over by close military men.
This is not the first case of such complaints from those mobilized for the war against Ukraine. The video message of those mobilized from Tuva received a great response. They talked about the fact that in the armed formations of the DPR, invented by the Russians, they “shot from machine guns” and beat them in order to force them to go to the front line without preparation. The authorities of Tuva promised to investigate, and the military prosecutor’s office as a result stated that there were no violations.
In the new video, the men claim that until March 1 they were in Shebekino, a district center in the Belgorod region in the immediate vicinity of the border with Ukraine. Then they were taken to the DPR “without orders and necessary documents” – “14 hours on buses”, the video “Caution, news” reports.
They were not instructed, their documents and military cards were confiscated. They believe that this was done by members of the local armed forces or the militia, the publication says. – Men say they don’t refuse service. But they will carry out orders only as part of the Armed Forces.”
The men in the video claim that they were “driven” to storm the villages, they were not trained, and their average age is 40 years. They were sent to storm without reconnaissance, without communications, without maps of the area.
The video drew attention, in particular, to pro-war telegram channels.
Here, either the mistake of those who wrote down the appeal and they are not terrorist defense, or those who sent the terrorist defense to the combat zone, writes Veteran’s Zapiski channel (more than 300 thousand readers).
The Ministry of Defense of Muscovy and the authorities of the Belgorod region of Russia have not yet commented on this appeal.
