Former professional boxer Mike Tyson has not been charged in connection with an incident last month in which he punched a JetBlue flight attendant.

District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said the decision not to charge Tyson with a criminal battery was made after reviewing video and police reports of the incident on April 20.
No passengers will be charged, Wagstaff noted in refusing to charge the boxer.
“We believe the case is now closed,” Wagstaff said.
