Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said how he sees Ukraine after winning the war with the Russian Federation. He said that a culture of military profession should be developed, and the population of Ukraine should have officially registered firearms and use them. The minister said this in an interview with LIGA.net.
“Going to a shooting gallery – this culture must exist. Shooting galleries must work so that everyone knows how to properly use guns.
