Ministers of Foreign Affairs Russia And China On Thursday, Russian diplomats said they accused Western countries of using “blackmail and threats” to impose their point of view.
At a meeting parallel G20 In New Delhi, Russian Minister Sergei Lavrov and Chinese Minister Qin Gang “unanimously rejected attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, to impose unilateral approaches through blackmail and threats,” Russian diplomacy said in a statement.

Last week, China submitted a 12-point proposal calling for dialogue between Russians and Ukrainians.
