As a result of a Russian missile attack on a residential building in Zaporozhye, two people died, six were injured and hospitalized. This was reported on the morning of March 2 by the State Emergency Service and the police of the Zaporozhye region.
According to the rescuers, at 6:30 on Thursday, the bodies of two people were removed from the ruins. 11 residents of the house were rescued, including a pregnant woman. 20 people were evacuated from the adjacent entrance.

As specified by the police, at about 01.32 Thursday, the Russian military carried out another attack on Zaporozhye, which was previously from the S-300 air defense system.
“A rocket hit a multi-storey building, the residents of the apartments were under the rubble, who at that time were sleeping peacefully. Currently, two dead people have been found, six injured was hospitalized,” law enforcement officials said.
As a result of a night strike in a five-story building, more than ten apartments on three floors were destroyed. The debris and the explosion damaged nearby houses.
Criminal proceedings are opened on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
