japanese police A 17-year-old teenager was arrested this Wednesday for stabbing a middle school teacher in Saitama, north of Tokyo, which left the victim with minor injuries.
The assailant confessed to authorities after his arrest that his intention was to “murder someone,” police said to state broadcaster NHK.
