The detainee is on the list of “Europe’s most wanted fugitives” by the European Police Agency (Europol).

For these crimes, he served a sentence of five years and six months in a psychiatric hospital, because he suffered from severe mental illness. In June last year, the man escaped.
The Netherlands authorities, who are looking for the attacker, have offered a reward of 10 thousand euros for any information about him.
