The Defense Forces of Ukraine over the past day, February 23, repelled 100 attacks by Russian invaders in five directions.
The enemy was advancing in the Kupyansky, Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Miner directions. In these areas the enemy is concentrating his main efforts for the offensive. This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for February 24.
Ukrainian aviation inflicted 17 strikes on the areas of concentration of the occupiers, as well as four strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems per day. And the rocket and artillery units hit three enemy manpower concentration areas, ammunition, fuel and lubricants, and one other important enemy target.
The General Staff added that the enemy army launched 10 missile and 31 air strikes. The enemy made more than 40 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems. As a result of the shelling, civilian objects in the Kharkiv and Kherson regions were damaged. There are dead and wounded among the civilian population.
Recall that in the area of Vogledar and Marinka, Ukrainian troops destroyed 14 tanks, 17 infantry fighting vehicles and three light armored vehicles MT-LB on February 22. Also in one day, the enemy lost more than 120 soldiers killed and 137 wounded.
