The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine addressed Ukrainians on the anniversary of the Russian invasion.
The basis of Ukrainian sustainability is ordinary people. This is what the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny said on the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia, February 24.
“The basis of our stability is people. Ordinary people. Ordinary Heroes. Among us. With us in the ranks. These are the people who took up arms to protect their relatives, their homes and their state from in hostile unprovoked and unjust aggression. These are people who are now, at this moment, beating the conqueror, holding their positions, freezing in the cold but native land, saving the lives of their brothers, helping the army in everything they can to help,” Zaluzny wrote on his Facebook page.
The Commander-in-Chief thanked all Ukrainians and said that during the nine years of war, Ukrainians “became stronger than concrete and steel, because we remember the examples of the incompetence of defenders of DAP and Azovstal.”
“To all who serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces and other parts of the defense forces of Ukraine – respect and deep gratitude. To all who help, support, believe – low bow. To all who died for freedom – Eternal Memory and respect . We will stand. And we will win! “, – said Zaluzhny.
