US Secretary of State, Anthony BlinkenOn Tuesday, he called Russia’s decision to suspend the new nuclear disarmament treaty “very disappointing and irresponsible” and said his country remains “ready” to discuss the issue.
“Announcement of Russia that he is suspending his participation in New START is very disappointing and irresponsible,” he told reporters at the US embassy in Athens.
