Polish authorities will raise the issue of the transfer of combat aircraft to Ukraine during negotiations with US President Joe Biden, who is visiting Warsaw. This was announced on the air of Polish Radio by Deputy Foreign Minister Pavel Yablonsky.
“We are discussing and will discuss this (combat aircraft supplies – ed.) Now with the President of the United States, in particular, during the summit Bucharest Nine. We will talk about what additional military support will look like,” he said.
Recall that after the visit to Kyiv, Biden arrived in Poland, where he will meet, in particular, with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda and discuss further support for Ukraine.
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Alexei Reznikov, said that the initiative to transfer Western fighters to Kyiv already exists, it remains only to organize an “aircraft coalition.”
