“The Kovel District Prosecutor’s Office provides guidance on the pre-trial investigation procedure in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of traffic safety rules or the operation of railway transport (part 1 of article 276 of Criminal Code of Ukraine), as a result of which the Kiev-Warsaw train derailed,” the prosecutor’s office said.
