Air defense systems for Ukraine will be manufactured in the Czech Republic. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic, Daniel Blazhkovec, reports Radio Prague International.
It is noted that this project has the same principle as the modernization of 90 T-72 tanks already underway: the necessary work is carried out by a Czech company, and the United States and the Netherlands jointly pay for the order. The necessary ammunition will be purchased from Czech companies.
The intermediary in the implementation of this project is the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic.
