Another confirmation of Russia’s crimes was shown by propagandists on Russian television. This time, Russia’s so-called children’s ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova thanked dictator Vladimir Putin for his “son” from Mariupol.

Lvova-Belova stated this during a meeting with a Russian war criminal.

Now I know what it means to be a mother of a child from Donbass. It’s difficult, but we definitely love each other,” the official said.

In October last year, the Children’s Ombudsman of the Russian Federation allegedly “adopted” a teenager whom the Russian invaders illegally took out of Mariupol.

Advisor to the Mariupol mayor Petr Andryushchenko reported that at least 1,300 children from Mariupol were abducted under the patronage of Lvova-Belova and, with her personal assistance and control, were illegally distributed among the families of Russian citizens. This is the biggest and worst war crime since the beginning of this phase of the war.
