An armored train was created for the war criminal, Russian President Vladimir Putin, on which he moves through the territory of the aggressor country. The cost of an armored train is about a billion rubles (UAH 300 million).
This was told by the project “Dossier”.
The train was created in 2014-2015, but Putin began to use it when Russia began to accumulate troops near the borders of Ukraine. Now he actively travels by this train in Russia, in particular in residences in Sochi and Valdai.
Putin’s armored train consists of four locomotives and 11 wagons, some of which are equipped with special communications. Outside, the train is no different from the standard passenger “Russian Railway” and has characteristic gray-red stripes.
The Agency also found special railway stations for Putin’s armored train on Google satellite maps. They were spotted not far from the heliport in the village of Dolgie Borody, the nearest settlement near Putin’s residence in Valdai, a separate railway line leading to the Bocharov Ruchey residence in Sochi, as well as train stations in the center of Moscow and at the Novo-Ogar residence.
