Massive rocket attacks by Russians on critical infrastructure led to the destruction of almost all electrical substations in the Lviv region.
The power supply of the region is a big problem, but non-standard smart solutions are found for electricity, so the industry and these institutions that should provide the city are working. Lviv Mayor Andrey Sadovyy said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
It is noted that most of these substations cannot be restored, so they need to be rebuilt. There are also quite a lot of other types of destruction in the regional center. We are talking about objects of other critical infrastructure and not only. In particular, a private car repair station was actually completely destroyed.
It was tragic because there are many dead civilians. The station was completely destroyed. Of course, we helped them recover, so they started their work,” Sadovyi said.
Recall that on February 10, the Russian army carried out another large-scale rocket attack on Ukraine. Air defense worked throughout the country, but there is a hit in critical infrastructure in Khmelnytsky, Krivoy Rog, Kharkov and Zaporozhye.
And in the Lviv region, an occupant’s rocket fell near a bus stop near the village of Kozlov in the Zolochiv district. The enemy missile miraculously did not explode.
