The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Malyuk and Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko to the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. The corresponding order No. 77/2023 was published on the website of the head of state.
“… Introduce the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Igor Vladimirovich Klymenko, Minister of Internal Affairs, to the personal composition of the Headquarters; … approve Vasily Vasilyevich Malyuk, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Supreme Commander-in-Chief , head of the Security Service of Ukraine, in the personal composition of the Headquarters,” the document said.
At the same time, the deceased Denis Monastyrsky was removed from the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander.
Recall that Zelensky previously included Maliuk and Klymenko in the National Security and Defense Council.
