President Zelensky today put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose personal sanctions against 199 Russian citizens.
This is stated in the decree of the head of state No. 75/2023, signed on February 12.
The list of Russians was offered by the SBU. In addition to 199 Russians, there is one Ukrainian on the list – Yuriy Chernichuk, born in 1971, a traitor, deputy chief engineer of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, who went over to the side of the Russians. According to Ukrayinska Pravda, Chernichuk was allegedly appointed “Director of the ZNPP” under the occupiers.
Among the representatives of the occupying country are the head of Rosenergoatom Andrey Petrov, Putin’s foreign policy aide Yury Ushakov.
Enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated February 12, 2023 “On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions),” the document says.
The appendix contains the names of exactly 200 people – representatives of various enterprises and institutions of the Russian nuclear industry. Sanction restrictions are appointed for 50 years.
