According to preliminary data, the driver of the Audi Q5, a 28-year-old resident of Sambir district, lost control of the car. The car left the road and first crashed into a fence, and then drove into the wall of a house.
As a result of an accident, the driver and three of his passengers, all residents of the Lviv region, died from their injuries at the scene.
In this fact, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 286 (violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code.
Earlier, the police said about the accident for 2022. In the past year, 18,628 accidents with victims occurred in Ukraine, of which 2,791 people died.
