Russian troops completely destroyed the village of Novoselovskoye in the Svatovsky district of the Luhansk region. Sergey Gaidai, the head of the local regional administration, wrote about this in his telegram channel.
Only foundations, craters and scorched earth remained from the village, writes Gaidai, who posted on his social networks a video from a drone, which testified: the site of Novoselovsky is now empty and craters from ruptures.
The village is empty – there are no local residents there. In January, a Russian sniper shot and killed the last resident of Novoselovskoye. Not a single building, destroyed by enemy shells, survived in the settlement. Solid conflagration, – Gaidai commented on the video.
Before the war, 736 people lived in the village.
The de-occupation of Novoselovsky became known at the end of 2022. He was fired by the fighters of the special forces of the Ukrainian intelligence Kraken, along with the 92nd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
