The incident took place on Monday night, February 6th. An unmanned aerial vehicle exploded in the sky. It appears that no one was injured in the incident. The governor of the Kaluga region of Russia, Vladislav Shashpa, announced this on Telegram.
According to a representative of the Russian authorities, at 5:00 a.m., a drone exploded in the air at a height of 50 meters in a forest near the city. It seems that civil and social facilities did not suffer damage.
The official noted that representatives of law enforcement agencies are working at the site of the explosion. Shashpa also did not say anything about the origin of the UAV.
