Scholz spoke about the consensus with Zelensky

The Ukrainian president promised that weapons supplied by the West would not be used for strikes on Russian territory.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz confirmed the existence of a consensus with President Volodymyr Zelensky on the use of Western-supplied weapons in Ukraine. According to him, these weapons will not be used for an attack on the territory of the Russian Federation. Scholz said this in an interview with Bild.

So, answering the question about the agreement with Zelensky that Western weapons will be used only on the territory of Ukraine, Scholz stressed that “there is a consensus on this.”
