Defense Forces units repelled the invaders’ attacks in the areas of ten settlements: Belogorivka, Lugansk region and Yampolevka, Razdolevka, Vasyukovka, Paraskoveevka, Bakhmut, Ivanovskoye, Kleschievka, Kurdyumovka, Ozaryanovka, Donetsk region.
In the directions of Volynsky, Polessky, Seversky and Slobozhansky, the situation did not change significantly, and no offensive groups of the enemy were seen.
In all directions, the enemy shot at the peaceful community from various types of weapons.
In the past 24 hours, he has conducted air and three missile strikes, one of which was against Kharkov. He made 44 attacks from multiple rocket launch systems, including settlements. There are wounded and dead among the civilian population.
As the Ukrainian military leadership has emphasized, the threat of Russian air and missile strikes across Ukraine remains high.
“The enemy continues to suffer losses. Only on January 28, about 20 bodies of dead invaders from Novobakhmutovka and Mayorsk regions were brought to one of the local morgues in Gorlovka, Donetsk region,” said of the General Staff.
During the day, the Ukrainian aviation hit the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile system and two strikes on the concentration areas of the invaders.
Rocket and artillery units hit two radar stations, an ammunition depot, and another important enemy target.
Remember, as of January 29, the Russian Federation lost 126,160 soldiers in Ukraine, as well as 3197 tanks, 293 aircraft and 284 helicopters.
