The workers had just finished their shift and were waiting at the bus stop for a bus to take them home from the factory.

Russian troops fired on the Avdiivka coke plant in the Donetsk region. As a result, 10 people died. This was announced on Tuesday, May 3, by the head of Donetsk OVA Pavel Kirilenko.

He mentioned that 15 more people were injured as a result of the shooting.

“These numbers are operational. The information will still be clarified and the number of victims, perhaps, could be higher,” the message said.

The OVA leader reported that the occupiers knew where they were aiming. In particular, the workers had just finished their shift and were waiting at the bus stop for a bus to take them home from the factory.

Recall that at the end of April, phosphorus bombs hit Avdiivka twice, as a result of which several fires broke out in the city. Prior to this, five people were killed in the shooting in Avdiivka.
