The Prime Minister of Great Britain fully admitted the mistake and “will take the prescribed punishment.”
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak filmed a video for Instagram in a car without wearing a seat belt. For this, he was fined by the Lancashire patrol police. On Friday, January 20, the BBC reports.
The publication clarified that the 42-year-old politician filmed a video for their social networks in the back seat of a car.
The video was recorded for Sunak’s Instagram account. It shows a politician turning to the camera without a seat belt to talk about the government’s improvement program.
This video caught the eye of the county police. Law enforcement officials said the head of the British government admitted his mistake and apologized. He also has to pay a fine.
In Britain, a person can be fined up to £500 for not wearing a seatbelt, except in exceptional cases – such as emergency workers, taxi passengers or when the driver turns around.
Lancashire police did not specify what kind of fine Sunak was given.
Remember that in Poland, a Ukrainian received fines for more than UAH 55,000 in just one day.
Note that the court ordered former US President Donald Trump and his lawyers to pay more than $ 937,000 in fines for a lawsuit against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
