According to Galushchenko, on January 14, the Russians again attacked the country’s generation facilities and power grids. In particular, there are arrivals in: Kharkiv, Lvov, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zaporozhye, Vinnitsa and Kyiv regions.
The minister said that due to shelling, emergency shutdowns were introduced in most regions.
“The next few days will be difficult. Electrical engineers are already working on resuming power supplies. Hang in there! Every day brings us closer to victory!” Galushchenko insisted.
As specified in DTEK, the enemy fired at two thermal power plants, one of which stopped generating electricity.
“The attackers got into the turbine section of the power unit of the station. One of the power units was destroyed. Other power units were also damaged. Firemen and workers at the station continue to remove the consequences of the missile attack . So much destruction. The situation is complicated,” the message said.
Earlier it was reported that on January 14, a Russian missile hit a multi-storey building on the Dnieper. A “generated” entrance.
There are also “arrivals” in two other places. In Lvov and Kharkiv regions, rockets hit critical infrastructure facilities.
