In all departments, state-owned companies and backbone organizations, “IT security units” should appear.
The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a decree on additional measures to ensure the security of information of the Russian Federation. In particular, we are talking about banning the use of Western antivirus. The corresponding document was published on Sunday, May 1, on the official portal of legal information of the Russian Federation.
The document states that government agencies and companies will not be able to use antivirus created in “unfriendly countries.”
Also, the Russians will create an IT security department in every government agency and organization.
At the same time, we noticed that many European and American companies associated with technology and software are leaving the Russian market itself.
It will be recalled that earlier the hacker group Anonymous hacked the JSC Petersburg Social Commercial Bank.
The hackers also released several surveillance camera videos that they say were taken inside the Kremlin.
