In this regard, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that Moscow is ready to achieve its goals in the course of negotiations or military operations.
“If this result can be achieved through negotiations, we are ready for such a scenario. Otherwise, all the tasks set will be achieved through military means,” said Nebenzya.
