At the same time, Prykarpattyaoblenergo and Poltavaoblenergo slightly increased the daily electricity consumption limit.
On January 13, NPC Ukrenergo canceled the electricity consumption limits set for the last three days for all hours for all regions, at night from 00:00 to 07:00. This was reported by Prykarpattyaoblenergo and Poltavaoblenergo.
“On January 13, the Ukrenergo dispatcher set the night limit for the region to be unlimited. This allows you to pass the night time without blackouts,” wrote Prykarpattyaoblenergo on its Facebook.
According to him, the daily limit is slightly higher than the previous day’s limit and amounts to 297.89 MW (295.49 MW on January 12).
According to Poltavaoblenergo, the daily limit of the region (7:00 to 24:00) is 487 MW, while on January 12 it was 483 MW. However, the operator indicated that on January 13, 2022, the maximum capacity will be 812 MW.
“If consumption is allowed, we can use one queue,” explained Poltavaoblenergo, which, as reported, turned off two queues at once today.
The closing method for the Poltava region remains 4×4.
At the same time, electrical engineers urged consumers to use household appliances, lighting and electric heating more economically, pointing out that the stable operation of the region’s electricity grids depends on it.
Recall that on the eve of the Russian troops launched a missile attack on one of the substations of Ukrenergo. The fire at the power facility had to be extinguished within eight hours.
