Russian troops shell Nikopol at night

About ten shells flew into the city. Residential buildings, vehicles and infrastructure were damaged.

On the night of January 4, Russian troops opened fire on Nikopol with heavy artillery. This was announced by the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentin Reznichenko.

He clarified that about ten enemy bullets flew into the residential areas of the district center. No one was killed.

“Many residential buildings and some outbuildings, a car, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged in the city,” the IVA chief said.

Reznichenko added that in other places the siren twice warned of danger, but there were no attacks.

Recall that on the night of January 2, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, destroying 34 private houses and eight apartment buildings. One civilian was injured.
