Henchmen of the invaders reported about the deployment of Ukrainian defenders in Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Belozersk and Dobropolye.
Two residents of the Donetsk region passed information about the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the invaders. Now the malefactors are threatened with punishment in the form of imprisonment – the man will spend six years behind bars, and the woman – five years and three months. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, as well as the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
During the trial, prosecutors testified that in August and September, a woman and a man sent text messages and Google Maps screenshots with coordinates of the locations and movements of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the number of Russian mobile operators through messenger.
The investigation established that the woman sent information about the deployment of Ukrainian defenders in the cities of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, and the man – Belozersk and Dobropolye.
The court found that the residents of the Donetsk region were guilty of unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (part 2 of article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As already reported, a collaborator from Svatovo was detained in Kyiv.
