Prosecutors said on Monday that a forensic anthropologist from Institute of Forensic Medicine will travel to Huacho to perform an autopsy on a woman found on a beach in Huacho, believed to be Blanca Olivia Arellano Gutiérrez (51).
PNP Colonel Santos Villar, head of the Huacho police department, confirmed that the ring found on a body found November 10 on Chorrillos Beach in that city is similar to the ring worn by the missing hiker.
