Emilia, an eight-year-old girl who disappeared when she went out to take out the trash, was found by a citizen on Monday evening and handed over to DIVPOL ESTE 1 on Tuesday, the Peruvian National Police (PNP) confirmed.
PNP General Manuel Losada Morales, head of the Lima police station, said the juvenile would take the relevant legal exams at that time.
“The lady who brought her to this police station reports that she found the girl wandering around at night, between 7:30 and 8 pm, and took her home, and today she brought her to this police station, and the woman is here. She interfered with us,” he said.
The Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Groups also confirmed the news on Twitter: “Emilia is here thanks to everyone who shared information and helped find her.”
Formerly a team from RPP News recorded the moment Eric Paima, the father of a minor, got into a motorcycle taxi bound for DIVPOL ESTE 1, a police station near his home, where he was informed that his daughter was there.
The lawyer for the minor’s family, Mario Arribas, confirmed that a taxi driver arrived at Emilia’s house to report the girl’s appearance. In addition, he questioned the PPP’s delay in announcing that the girl had already appeared.

Emilia will pass through Gesell’s chamber
Minister for Women’s Affairs, Claudia Davilaconfirmed that the girl’s family was in a “delicate situation” and assured that an assessment was being made as to whether Emilia and her younger sister were living in “a situation of risk or lack of protection.”
“It is necessary to strengthen the parenting skills of these two parents, because they have two girls in their care, so we are going to offer them a whole plan of work,” he said.
Claudia Davila He indicated that little Emilia would have to go through the Gesell cell, where the PPP, the prosecutor’s office and the special protection unit were located, and find out “what exactly happened to the girl, the reasons and how to take the case to the family level.”
Also, Claudia Davila He warned that if the issue of the minor’s vulnerability became known, she could be temporarily separated from the family with treatment and specific protocols.
“Apparently there was a problem with the person who had it, the protocol to follow is to specifically analyze the reasons why the girl left her home,” the minister said.

The Minister of Women’s Affairs arrived at Emilia’s house
Earlier, Women’s Minister Claudia Davila assured that her sector was giving full support to Emilia’s family and indicated that she had coordinated the search for the minor with the Peruvian National Police.
“Emilia must appear, she is only 8 years old, and she must also suffer because she is not near her family,” the minister told the press after leaving the girl’s house.
Parents reported that the minor went missing on Monday after she left the house to throw out the trash. The CCTV camera captured the moment when Emilia leaves the house and runs in the other direction so as not to return.

“Living space”: the patient with vaginal delivery is in the postpartum period, there is a suture, especially when this is her first birth, and if she did not need an episiotomy (an incision in the perineum), by placing a mirror, the neck of the uterus is open or dilated to be able to take care of child, as explained by Dr. Clara Yabar, an obstetrician-gynecologist at the National Hospital of Dos de Mayo. He further explained that the cervix is purple, open like a flower, and bleeding, and the uterus takes 10 days to return to its normal size. Finally, the obstetrician-gynecologist indicated that on the first day, chorionic gonadotropin is at a level of more than 100,000, that is, in a full-term woman and during childbirth, its decrease occurs gradually, but decreases within two to three weeks. On the other hand, we spoke to Dr. Carlos Bromley, a psychiatrist about psychological pregnancy, and he explained that according to the American International Classification of Psychiatry, there is a disorder called pseudocyesis, which is a misconception about pregnancy associated with the signs and symptoms of pregnancy. A woman develops nausea, food cravings, increased appetite, etc. He explained that a phantom pregnancy can occur in 1 in 22,000 pregnancies. He added that there is another syndrome called pregnancy psychosis, where women believe they are pregnant but have no symptoms. For them, this is a 100% reliable statement.
