Surco: they catch a dangerous criminal who attacked passers-by with a knife

Agents Serenage Surko recorded the conviction of Pedro Alejandro Huamani Valdivieso (21), pseudonym “Intestine Puller”who a few minutes earlier attacked a woman with a knife at the intersection of Belaunde Terry and Peru avenues through the Tres de Octubre park.
