emergency squad stopped a 21-year-old man who was riding in a 4×4 truck about 300,000 salts of suspected origin.
The incident happened in Block 1 Morelli street district of Lima San Borgia, when young Harold Christian Rodriguez Reinaldo (21) was in a banking institution with a suspicious attitude with money in hand.
Chief of the Lima Police Station, Manuel Losadapointed out that during the speech the detainee changed his version several times.
“A backpack was found on the back seat of the truck, inside of which this amount of money was found. There are 46,000 US dollars, 26,500 euros and 15,000 soles,” the head of the PPP said.
Along with being suspicious, the young man said that he was a student, then a security guard, and finally said that the money was for his cousin’s business. A series of leads led to the arrest of the intelligence service, and alleged money laundering is not ruled out.
