A man identified as Luis Felipe Suragey Sevillano (34 years old), was shot dead on Trapiche Avenue, near the Las Tiendas bus stop, in the commas.
Police sources said the victim was intercepted by two people riding a motorcycle. The man ran away, but the executioners caught up with him, who shot him at close range.
In dialogue with RPP NewsColonel PNP John Mundakathe head of the Northern Police Department, indicated that the investigation points to the case of a “hitman”, calculation.
“This individual showed up two or three blocks ago, walked down the sidewalk, and was followed by two more individuals. And it was in this place that he was shot,” the high command said.

Colonel Mundaka reported that Luis Felipe Suragey Sevillano belonged to civil engineering, and that he had a criminal record and even an indictment.
“This is a person who works (was) in Civil building. He has three certificates from the police. In 2012, he had an injury charge,” the officer explained.
At the end of this note, forensic experts examined the crime scene. In total, five cartridge cases were found, which clearly indicates the brutality of the attack.
