Five people died on Friday night due to Fire which absorbed the pyrotechnic field in the Ate Vitarte area. Inside the premises, a place was found where the equipment was stored.
This was confirmed by the fire department. Giovanni Giacomewho indicated that they found the remains of these people, among whom there will be a minor.
“We are talking about an area of about 500 m2 of a pyrotechnic workshop. Also, at the moment we have found five corpses, one of which presumably belongs to a girl who lived in this place,” he said. RPP notices.
“I understand that it was a workshop, so it could be a family or they could be workers (…) When it comes to removing it and since it is a fireworks workshop, we understand that they were working with gunpowder and (by) non-compliance safety regulations caused this explosion,” he added.

Neighbors say there are a number of fireworks shops in the area and despite requesting intervention from the municipality to control them, no response has yet been received.
Firefighters added that they managed to save a couple of pets and do not rule out that other animals were trapped indoors.
Fire at Ate Vitarte
The incident happened in St. Clairin the Ate Vitarte area, and the power supply had to be cut off so that firefighters and police officers could carry out rescue operations without complications in the event of a possible explosion or short circuit.
The fire was reported by residents of the St. rotaphone RPP Noticias, who specified that it was the fireworks shop where the explosion that caused the fire occurred. This happened at mile 12. central road.
