The Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Groups (MIMP) condemned Eliner Gilber Alva Leon, better known as “Makanaki’, will be released today following his arrest for an incident at a restaurant in the Lima area San Miguel. The reason is that there were no complaints about him.
As part of this, MIMP requested public service officially convict him “for obscene manifestations” in accordance with Article 180 of the Criminal Code. “We demand his provisional arrest and effective punishment,” he demanded.
