The discovery of the lifeless body of a woman in a bag of raffia, thrown at the intersection of Giron Adolfo Martinez and Guillermo Billinghurst Avenue, caused a great shock to the residents of the San Juan de Miraflores area.
Local residents are informed RPP News that around 1:30 they noticed the presence of a bag thrown in the middle of the track, which aroused some suspicion.
