A gas leak from a public transport bus anxious passers-by detour on May 2, in the Cercado de Lima. Five fire departments arrived here on calls from passengers who warned of a possible emergency, which, fortunately, did not escalate.
It happened in a north-south direction, just at the bottom of the bypass road, next to the Capital Road. Therefore, the passage for personal vehicles through this section was completely closed, as tank trucks were still standing and looking for a way to remove the bus.
The traffic police also joined forces to try to control the passage of vehicles, which so far drive only on the upper part. This has led to regular traffic jams at Plaza 2 de Mayo, which is the only one accessible to various destinations in the capital.
The firemen arrived in time to control the situation and the majors did not get it.
