The Ministry of Women’s Affairs formally filed a complaint against Makanaki for the alleged rape.

He Ministry of Women announced on Monday that he had filed a formal complaint against Einer Gilbert Alva Leon “Makanaki” after he claimed in an interview that he had sexually abused a 15-year-old girl. This was announced by Vice Minister for Vulnerable Groups Elvia Espinoza.

“We have filed a complaint with Public service and the police. They are investigating, and in the case of this influencer, we will continue to accompany him through the Aurora program. No, (regarding the name of the victim) we have not yet identified her, ”the official said in an interview with the publication News RPP.

spinoza indicated that strangers sent threatening messages to her and Women’s Minister to demand that the charges against Makanaki be dropped; however, he assured that they would continue this business.

“Both Minister Tolentino and I received threats about our immunity from unknown numbers. These threats come from people who, through social media, intimidate our relatives with images and videos asking them not to continue these investigations; however, we are not going to return, and we will continue to consider the complaint,” the deputy minister said.

For its part, the Callao regional government announced that it would not renew Jonathan Maiselo’s contract with the boxing promotion. The institution indicated that the athlete was flippant about Makanaki’s statements about the violation, as he normalized these expressions.

“Share this immediately because thousands of boys, girls and young Chalacos expect impeccable behavior from their sports recommendations,” GORE said in a statement.

Protection is pronounced

The ombudsman’s office rejected the facts told by Makanaky “where he confessed to committing a crime.” Likewise, he asked the prosecutor’s office to “investigate the fact ex officio” since the crime of apologizing for rape would also be configurable.

“One of the most severe forms of gender-based violence is sexual due to the severe impact on the integrity of women. In addition to effective attention from the state, society must condemn and stop normalizing this type of violence,” the Ombudswoman urged.
