Commas: criminals stole clinical laboratory equipment worth more than 80 thousand soles

A gang of criminals stole equipment worth more than 80,000 salts from a clinical laboratory located in the urbanization of La Alborada in the Comas district.

Local workers indicated that the robbery took place on Saturday, February 25, around 4 am.

CCTV cameras at the De Angeles Lab caught two alleged perpetrators descending from a lead-colored minivan in front of the building to later retrieve several pieces of equipment.

He is a man in a blue jacket and shorts, who is accompanied by a woman in a long-sleeved blue polo shirt and jeans. Both wear masks to avoid being recognized.

The criminals used the aforementioned minibus to take out microscopes, clinical specimens, computers and a range of equipment. The thieves even took the memory that stores the security camera footage inside the clinical lab.

“All the equipment that was pulled from the lab is worth between 80,000 and 85,000 soles, imagine they took almost to the internet router. They took everything. They are looking for more security in the area and that they can pick up equipment,” one worker said.

The workers asked through RPP newshelp the authorities so that they can use the video to find the criminals and recover the stolen equipment.
