Microsoft indicates possible release date of GTA 6

After years of waiting, fans of the Grand Theft Auto franchise may have received a new release estimate for the sixth title of one of the best-selling games in the world. The information was revealed by Microsoftvia documents regarding the purchase of Activision Blizzard.

In the documents sent to the UK Competition and Market (CMA) regulatory body, the company justifies that buying Activision Blizzard is not anti-competitive, in addition to saying that Call of Duty “is not that important”. Finally, Microsoft revealed the possible release date of GTA6:

“The highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI is expected to be released in 2024.”

It is worth remembering that, previously, the TechRadar and Bloomberg portals also published that the launch of GTA 6 should take place in approximately two years. So far, Rockstar Games, the developer responsible for the title, has not yet revealed the official forecast for the debut of Grand Theft Auto VI.

A few months ago, the game suffered a huge leak, where the public had the opportunity to confirm some rumors that had been floating around the internet for many years, such as the fact that the protagonist is a Latin American woman, and that the game will take place in Vice City. .
