Mark ZuckerbergFounder facebook and current CEO Targetclaims to “suffer” every time he wakes up and sees the news on his cell phone.

In conversations with Joe Rogan on one of the most popular podcasts in the country, Zuckerberg expressed his daily discomfort with seeing his cell phone.

He’s overloaded with bad news

The billionaire notes that he had questions for himself after he saw these messages full of bad news.

“You wake up in the morning, look at my phone, you get a million messages that come. Usually this is not good. (…) What’s going on in the world that I should visit to?”.

“It’s almost every day that you wake up and get punched in the stomach,” he says.

He later claims to do an hour or two of physical exercise to clear his mind of this information.

But look to the future

Apart from this topic, Zuckerberg wasted no time in also talking about his plans for the future with the so-called metaverse.

On the one hand, this confirmed that the long-awaited new virtual reality glasses from Target They will hit the market in October this year.

On the other hand, he notes that he spends much more time on social media like Instagram, which he considers a “positive space,” than on other networks like Twitter, where he finds he gets mad at users’ tone more easily. .

He acknowledged that the conduct of social networks implies strict social responsibility, but he absolutely ruled out the possibility of leaving his post.
