On the night of July 31, serious malfunctions appeared on the Telegram that influenced its function. Many users mentioned that the Messenger began to work with significant delays, and the individual functioning stopped completely. This is proven by the Dowdetector’s service.

According to users, the basic difficulties related to sending messages and loading media files.

On the Dowdetector’s website, beginning 22:00 on July 31, more than 600 telegram complaints were recorded.

The most common problems are difficulties connecting the server, incorrect application application and account entrance problems.

Telegram interruptions were noticed by users from various countries, including Ukraine. In addition, Russian propaganda media reported similar difficulties in Russia, of which the number of complaints exceeded 3600.

Messenger representatives did not give official comments on the causes of its failure or size in the world.

Remember that the Telegram Messenger began the procedure for creating an official office representative in Russia. The data here appeared in the Roskomnadzor register, where the messenger was entered as a foreign service that began in the “landing” process.

Previously, Telegram had removed more than 20 Russian channels at the request of Russian Federation authorities. In particular, on remote channels – an unidentified Cheka -ogpu, with more than one million subscribers, called close to Russian special services.
