In the first month of summer, experts predict a strong magnetic storm that will last for three consecutive days.
A magnetic storm is a phenomenon in space that results from the interaction of the solar wind with the Earth’s magnetosphere. The solar wind is a stream of charged particles ejected from the upper layer of the Sun. When these charged particles reach Earth, they interact with the planet’s magnetic field, causing various phenomena, including magnetic storms.
A magnetic storm can have several effects. One of the most striking effects is the merging of the northern and southern lights, known as the shining pole or shining crown. This light is observed in Earth’s polar regions, where charged particles of the solar wind interact with the atmosphere.
In the first month of summer, five magnetic storms are expected, they are of medium and strong power. Meteoagent reported it.
The first is expected 2 June – on this day, the strength of the typhoon will reach four points. On other days, the level of solar activity is two to three points.
The next one is June 16th. This storm will be a day. The power of geostrikes will be kept at four points.
Then a strong storm, with a strength of five points, will last for three consecutive days – from 18 to 20 June.
It should be noted that people who are sensitive to weather should be especially careful during this period, because magnetic storms, in addition to electronic devices and communication systems, can also affect a person’s well-being.
